Our second-hand clothing typically includes four categories based on quality. The highest quality garments, flawless and unblemished, fall under the ‘Cream’ category. ‘Extra range’ denotes good quality items, slightly worn, free from damage or stains. Grade III garments exhibit moderate wear but remain tidy and devoid of insurmountable stains or irreparable defects. They offer satisfactory functionality and commendable quality. Grade IV represents the lowest quality level, characterised by noticeable wear and tear along with minor defects such as tears or stains. Following sorting, garments are meticulously organised into various ‘mixes’: based on factors like season (summer, winter), intended use (women’s, men’s, etc.), or specific types (individual dresses, sweaters, etc.). To meet evolving demands, we continuously develop new products and ‘mixes’: Packaged goods are presented to customers in labelled packages ranging in weight from 5 to 50 kg.
